We offer a comprehensive service for clients and businesses alike.

What we do

We can take your project from the initial planning and design, to obtaining titles and building. There are two stages involved in completing a subdivison before applying for new titles, and we can help with both.

We specialise in freehold subdivision applications, which provide the best long term value to our clients. In addition to providing the initial site surveys, we take a holistic approach to projects. This includes advice on the planning, obtaining resource and subdivision approval, and organising consultants.

As well as designing houses to facilitate subdivision of smaller lots, we have a large library of single and multi story townhouses.

In addition to surveying and subdivision design, we also provide concept plans for complying development applications, where there is insufficient land area for Council approval of subdivision as of right.

Subdivision Solutions also specialise in preparing building consent applications for relocation of existing buildings and general site works, and can carry out three dimensional architectural modelling for specific house design.

We have experience working across the greater Auckland area with the various council offices, and can address all of your site survey, subdivision, resource and planning requirements.
